Frequently Asked Questions

We provide a Service Level Agreement (SLA) for each server that we manage. This document describes agreements such as when and how you can reach us, when we perform maintenance on your server (s) and how often we can work for you per month.

For every project we deliver, we make standard backups for disaster recovery. Do you expect to need frequent backups yourself? Then we recommend using GIT for versioning your application. If you are not familiar with this, we can also supply separate backup space.

A managed server is a single cloud server with extra redundancy features. For example, this server will automatically restart in another place within our cloud when hardware problems occur. We especially recommend this solution for non-critical applications or when your application cannot be spread over multiple servers.

A managed cluster is a collection of 3, 5, 7 or 9 cloud servers without the extra redundancy features, spread over three data centers in Amsterdam. Because at least three servers are deployed and that are also geographically distributed, this is the most reliable solution we offer. We recommend a managed cluster especially for business-critical applications, such as a successful webshop.
